COMPLEX MATTERS: Priced by quote based off $165 + GST/hour, or client may elect to use multiple 'client touch point' credits included within their current package to supplement this expense.
DEFINITIONS:
*'Client Touch Point': Is when the Bookkeeper/Accountant party contacts Employii via email to ask a direct query regarding one of their clients.
**'SOS Touch Points': Out of the total number of client touch points, this is the number of times the Bookkeeper/Accountant can call "SOS" in order to receive immediate assistance for urgent matters. We seek to provide advice as soon as possible, and within 12 hours, when the SOS call is made Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays).
***'Next Day Response (24 hours)': We endeavour to respond by midnight the following day for all enquiries received Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Queries received after 5pm on a week day, will be calculated from 9am the following business day. Please note public holidays are not considered business days.
